• Design only: 7–14 business days (excluding weekends)

• Design + printed banner shipped: 4–5 business days for design, plus approximately 3 business days for shipping

Client must respond within 48 hours of receiving questionnaires, drafts, or requested information.

If communication stops after 48 hours, a $100 Order Reactivation Fee will be required to continue the project.
