How do I access my template? Your purchased templates are located in the downloads section of your account on our website. In order to purchase a template I require you to create an account. You’ll receive your download in PDF form, please open the PDF and click the link; this will lead to your template.

How do I edit my templates? All of our templates are editable through the free verison of Canva.

What are your business hours? I am available from 9am-7:30pm EST, M-F. I do not work on holidays, but orders may be sent out on weekends if a rush fee is added to your order.

What is the best way to contact you? The best way to reach me is via email. I will respond within 24-48hrs after initial email is sent. Kimberly@luxlogostudios.com

Will you keep me updated when designing my project? You will receive updates through out the design process, I don’t want to leave you in the dark about your project so I routinely try to communicate when i’m making the next move. However in the event the I have work overflow I will notify you of any delays. For any inquires about your order please feel free to contact me via email.

What is your turnaround time? Once your all requirements has been received, your project will start. This can take up to 5-7 business days.

Do I receive any revisions? Yes of course, but only up to 3. After you have exceeded this limit, you will be charged a $10 revision fee per revision. If a client wants new design they will be charged a re-design fee of $40

Can my design be edited after approved? Once final files are sent out and you require another change you must pay a fee depending on what you want changed.

Do you take deposits or split payments? FULL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED . Once payment is sent no refunds are given

What is your refund Policy? Once project has been started, there will be NO REFUNDS of any kind. All services and products are non-refundable so please purchase accordingly.
